String theory always seemed kind of oversold to me, but I'm certainly no expert.

I guess they still haven't decided which algebraic structure is the best one to use (the video said "S5 or T*S3").

I enjoyed the video, but talking about string theory is upsetting....
PhD student in Materials Science at Arizona State University currently working on high-temperature superconductors and quantum computers or something.
