The Rocket-Barn experiment blew my brains. I already knew about the others but that is incredible.

Wait a minute! What would happen if, instead of closing and opening the doors, you just keep them closed?
There would be an instant in which the whole rocket 100m would be inside the 50m barn, just like in the original thought experiment. A moment later it would crash violently into the front door and (assuming it's made of adamantium) the rocket would decelerate until it was at rest. Now, it would also recover it's original length, right? So the back of the rocket would also crash violently into the back door. Adamantium is expensive so this door was made of wood and it broke into million pieces. Finally we end up with half a rocket in a barn  and a broken door.

How would that be seen from the inside of the rocket?
The pilot would see a 25m barn coming to him with it's doors opened. When the front of the rocket is inside the barn the front door would close and he would crash into it. Now hi's dead, but his spirit sees how the barn decelerates and elongates until it's 50m long... and now? The back door needs to be closed, but the rocket is never totally in the barn so... I don't know.  :-\
